Contractors and their associations were some of our first clients when the firm was founded in 1979—and we’ve been extensively involved in all aspects of construction matters throughout California ever since. We have achieved significant victories for our clients in litigation, arbitration, through favorable settlements at mediation, and through direct negotiation. Many of our attorneys serve on the legislative or employee relations committees of organizations like Associated Builders & Contractors, the Associated General Contractors of America, the Southern California Contractor’s Association, the California Chamber of Commerce, Cal/OSHA Advisory Committee, and the Engineering Contractors Association. Others have professional degrees related to construction, which provides technical knowledge of the field and enhances their ability to craft practical, real-world solutions. Our “insider’s knowledge” allows us to work hand-in-hand with clients to provide proactive advice and, when needed, precise litigation strategies.
