Overview
Priscilla Gamino represents private employers in various aspects of labor and employment law, including complex wage and hour class actions and representative Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, individual claims for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Ms. Gamino also handles all aspects of litigation and case management, including law and motion practice, discovery, reviewing and drafting pleadings, representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings, investigations, legal research, memorandums, mediations, preparation of damages analyses, and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
Ms. Gamino obtained her J.D. from California Western School of Law where she also obtained her Labor & Employment Law Concentration with Honors. During her last semester, she worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard E.L. Strauss at the San Diego Superior Court. Ms. Gamino has been named as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025.
