We represent many types of nonprofit organizations, including educational foundations and other public charities, private foundations, trade associations, religious organizations, public financing corporations, and public and private educational institutions. We assist clients with establishing nonprofit organizations and obtaining tax-exempt status, with mergers and joint ventures between nonprofit organizations, and with dissolutions of nonprofit organizations. We advise clients as to good governance matters, IRS reporting requirements, and other operational issues.
