Our attorneys have successfully negotiated millions of dollars in additional mitigation fees beyond statutorily mandated amounts from private developers on behalf of our school district clients. In our representation of school districts, we have worked with the developer community to convey the benefit to the marketability of their development when schools impacted by growth from their development have sufficient funding to develop appropriate housing for students served by the development.
