Overview
We represent franchisors in the preparation and maintenance of Franchise Disclosure Documents and other registration materials and in the negotiation of agreements with franchisees. We assist prospective franchisees with their review of disclosure documents and draft agreements with franchisors, with subsequent negotiations, and with leasing arrangements for franchisee properties. We assist manufacturers and sellers in all manner of licensing, distribution, and supply agreements, including domestic manufacturing agreements, sales rep and distributorship agreements, and output and requirements contracts.
