Jeannie Kang is an experienced transactional business and corporate attorney. She provides legal counseling to a broad array of privately held businesses and has spent her career assisting clients in their day-to-day legal needs to provide legal guidance with a pragmatic business approach.

Ms. Kang’s practice focuses on business and corporate law, including business entity formation, contract drafting, contract review and negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions. She has structured, drafted, negotiated, and reviewed a wide range of contracts including licensing agreements; procurement contracts, master service and distribution agreements; acquisition and disposition agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Letters of Intent, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Ms. Kang has served as trusted outside general counsel on transactional, commercial, real estate, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance issues. She advises clients ranging from start-up companies to well-established entrepreneurs in improving business processes, implementing best practices, and addressing compliance issues.
