AALRR represents public agencies and private entities with respect to the acquisition and disposition of real property, including purchase and escrow agreements; leases and licenses; joint use and occupancy agreements; Civic Center Act use; and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance. Our services in the real property area include both transactional and litigation assistance.
Our transactions involve all types of real estate, including raw land, office, industrial, flex, business parks, retail, restaurants, shopping centers, and educational institutions. Our clients include owners, developers, landlords, property managers, and public and private schools, colleges and universities. On occasion, we represent tenants concerning commercial and office properties.
