Overview
Conor Walsh’s practice focuses on business litigation, class actions, corporate governance, intellectual property misappropriation, and various labor and employment matters such as claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. He regularly drafts briefs, complaints, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses as necessary for clients. Mr. Walsh is further experienced in leading meet and confers, taking and defending depositions, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
While in law school, Mr. Walsh supported public interest attorneys as a legal intern at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest. Prior to joining AALRR, he assisted corporate executives in their management of distributed IT systems.
