Overview

Chad Anderton advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, focusing primarily on wage and hour class action and PAGA defense, as well as employment discrimination litigation. Mr. Anderton has experience with claims brought under: Fair Labor Standards Act; California Labor Code; Title VII; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Americans with Disabilities Act; Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act; California Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act; California Fair Employment and Housing Act; California Labor Code; and California Private Attorney General Act.

Mr. Anderton works predominately with retail and restaurant chain clients, as well as the logistics and technology industries, handling other employment-related issues and providing counseling on: wrongful termination; restrictive covenants; personnel policies and procedures; hiring and terminations; and wage and hour matters.
