AALRR Attorney Jeff Burch Named a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America
Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that Jeff Burch, Of Counsel in the firm’s Irvine offices, has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). The CLSA is an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields. Fellowship is limited and selective, with lawyers being invited into Fellowship only upon a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law at both the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Burch is a senior litigation attorney in AALRR’s Facilities, Construction, Real Estate & Business Practice Group. A 1991 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Burch has dedicated over 27 years of his professional career and legal practice exclusively to construction law and construction litigation. Mr. Burch’s diverse experience includes the negotiation and resolution of complex public and private sector construction disputes. His practice has been focused on litigating and resolving a wide array of complex, multi-party construction matters and includes the representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material manufacturers, suppliers and bond sureties in connection with claims, bid protests, schedule and delay/disruption claims, change orders, cost overruns, stop notices, mechanics liens, and virtually every other type of problem, claim or dispute that arises within the context of public or private sector construction projects.
“Jeff is a significant asset to our construction legal practice at AALRR, and his recognition as a CLSA Fellow is well deserved,” commented Andreas Chialtas, the firm’s Facilities, Construction and Property Practice Group leader. “We look forward to his continued contributions both to the firm and to our clients.”
