Overview
Erin Cazares M. Sanzo represents employers in various aspects of labor and employment law including discrimination, employee/independent contractor classification, retaliation claims, termination-related issues, and wage and hour, along with conducting workplace investigations. Alongside labor and employment, Mrs. Cazares M. Sanzo’s practice also involves a variety of business litigation issues such as antitrust, breach of contract, defamation, non-competition, non-solicitation, unfair competition, and other related business disputes. She advises clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and investigation through discovery, and dispositive motion practice.
Mrs. Cazares M. Sanzo has also provided pro bono representation to clients seeking asylum and other immigration relief, and previously spent time working as a Legal Extern for the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California, aiding with class action lawsuits, legal research and writing, and document review.
