Overview
Reece Bennett provides advice and counsel and litigation representation for employers in labor and employment matters. He represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and breach of contract litigation. He also maintains an active traditional labor and collective bargaining practice and regularly counsels employers on a diverse range of workplace issues, including union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, grievance arbitrations, work stoppages, and day-to-day labor relations issues.
Mr. Bennett earned his J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law as well as a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Irvine, summa cum laude. Prior to law school, Mr. Bennett was a shop steward for the IBEW Local 47 and enjoyed a successful professional boxing career.
