Join us as we discuss the potential issues with poor employee performance by different types of district employees. This session will provide insights into identifying potential misconduct or poor performance by district employees, as well as developing and executing effective disciplinary processes, drafting sound documentation that supports the discipline, and appropriate communication of the imposed discipline to the employee. This information can be utilized by all managerial employees at all levels.

At the conclusion of the series, participants will have access to session recordings for a limited time to catch up on a session missed for review.	This live webinar series includes comprehensive course materials. Each week participants will receive an email with a copy of the information to be presented that week prior to the training date.
