 This presentation will provide information about law and practice related to student rights and District responsibilities addressing gender in school. Topics include, but are not limited to, facilities use, athletics and field trips, student records, harassment and bullying, privacy, and gender support plans.  This presentation will provide useful guidance for leaders at various stages and levels of their careers as they interact with students of all ages in K-12 settings.
