Broad exemptions which permitted remote instruction during the 2020-21 school year have expired, and for 2021-22 l, the primary option for students and families seeking remote instruction will be Independent Study, now subject to new requirements enacted by the Education Budget Trailer Bill Assembly Bill 130 (AB 130).
This webinar will review the new requirements, including the expedited timelines, and policy considerations.
