Overview
Joshua Lange provides advice and counsel and litigation representation for employers in an array of labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on complex wage and hour class actions, harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims. Mr. Lange’s litigation experience includes developing case strategy, law and motion, oral argument, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial and appellate briefing. In class action matters, he also has significant experience with motions for class certification, e-discovery, expert testimony concerning statistical and database analysis, gathering class member declarations, and trial manageability.
Following law school, Mr. Lange served as an extern for Judge A. Wallace Tashima on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and then as a labor and employment plaintiffs’ attorney.
