In this presentation, AALRR attorneys Elizabeth Zamora-Mejia and Shawna McKee will discuss the unique challenges women face in attaining leadership positions. Often, women face societal bias that affect their mindset and may create self-imposed barriers, which may result in them downplaying their accomplishments and success.
