Atkinson Andelson Loya Ruud & Romo Named in 2013 Super Lawyer List

CERRITOS, Calif.—Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that Southern California Super Lawyers has named seven of the firm’s attorneys for inclusion in its 2013 volume. Super Lawyers is a national rating service of exceptional lawyers from more than 70 practice areas.

The seven recognized partners work out of the firm’s Cerritos office and include AALRR’s founder, Steven D. Atkinson, who represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and who has been distinguished as one of the top labor lawyers in the region representing management.  Other partners named to the list include bankruptcy partner, Helen R. Frazer, who also currently serves on the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees in Riverside County; Nate Kowalski, an employment law litigator representing both private and public entities; Irma Rodriguez Moisa, an employment law litigator and labor negotiator representing public entities; Mark T. Palin, a commercial and employment litigator who has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for the past 6 years; Robert R. Roginson, an employment and labor law litigator who served as Chief Counsel for the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, appointed by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger; and Warren S. Kinsler, a senior partner in the firm’s education law practice who specializes in the representation of K-12 school and community college districts.
