Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is proud to announce that its long-held and demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion has been recognized again by California Lawyer Magazine for the third consecutive year. In this year’s ranking, AALRR placed first among all California firms for diversity among partners, with nearly 25 percent of its partners having diverse backgrounds. AALRR also placed eighth on the list for the highest percentage (more than 28 percent) of female partners. According to a 2013 study released by the National Association for Law Placement, Inc., the national average of minority partners is 7 percent and women account for 20 percent.1
