06.01.2017

Law360 announced its annual ranking of the country’s largest law firms on May 29, 2017, placing Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) as number 250 on its list of 400 firms. The firm jumped 15 spots from 2016 and 45 spots from the media company’s inaugural list published in 2014. The Law360 400 ranks firms based on domestic attorney and partner headcount. AALRR has added 14 attorneys and 12 partners in the last year alone, listing a total of 166 attorneys and 90 partners at the time of submission for the Law360 ranking.

The ranking comes just months after AALRR was named the 15th largest firm in Los Angeles County, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal. The firm has two offices in the county, located in Pasadena and Cerritos, its central office. A total of 101 attorneys practice in the county, with the remainder working in the firm’s seven other offices located across the state.

AALRR’s continued rise on the Law360 400 list reflects its steady growth as one of California’s top law firms. “Our reputation as a leading firm in the state attracts top talent from around the country, which is something we take great pride in,” comments AALRR’s Managing Partner, Mark Palin. “Our continued growth since the firm’s founding in 1979 is representative of our care and focus on our increasing clientele, and our success in hiring the best and the brightest to join our team of experts.”

As of May 31, the firm includes 170 attorneys whose specialties successfully serve a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors.
