Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo Adds Prominent Attorneys to Pleasanton Office

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to announce that Meredith Brown and Guy Bryant, have joined as partners in the firm’s Pleasanton office.  They join the more than 30 other AALRR attorneys serving the region. 

Ms. Brown brings 25 years of experience representing public and private entities.  Her primary areas of focus are private and public works, construction, school facilities, business and public procurement law.  More specifically, Ms. Brown’s experience includes civil and complex litigation, environmental litigation, real estate, joint-use agreements, dispute resolution, prevailing wage and project labor agreements.  Ms. Brown is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Peralta Community College District, and is currently serving as Board President.

Mr. Bryant also brings more than 25 years of experience in education and labor law.  In addition, his practice has included general business, wage and hour, insurance litigation and civil trials.  More specifically, Mr. Bryant has negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements involving both certificate and classified bargaining units and has handled hundreds of grievances.  He has represented K-12 districts and institutions of higher education in arbitrations and administrative hearings involving layoffs and unfair labor practice charges.  Mr. Bryant is also an adjunct law professor with Argosy University.
