AALRR Ranked as a Top Law Firm for Female Attorneys

CERRITOS, CALIF. Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) has been recognized by Law360 as the 39th best law firm in the country for female attorneys. This is the second year Law360 has selected the 100 Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys and the second year AALRR has made the list. The firms are chosen based on the proportion and total number of female attorneys out of 300 law firms surveyed.

AALRR has long made equal opportunity for women a priority, hiring and promoting numerous female attorneys and staff, giving them opportunities to advance, and promoting them for their efforts.

AALRR partner Elizabeth Zamora-Mejia said she’s proud that AALRR was recognized again as a top firm for women. “Diversity of gender and race is very important to the culture of our firm,” she said. “We make a concerted effort to focus on diversity in hiring.
