AALRR Welcomes Partner Sasan Behnood to the Firm

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) is pleased to welcome Sasan Behnood as a partner in the firm’s Irvine office and as a member of the Business and Tax Team within the firm’s Commercial and Complex Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Behnood is a real estate attorney who advises and represents clients in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing, and financing.

As a former general counsel and executive vice president for a national real estate lender, Mr. Behnood brings extensive industry and legal experience across the spectrum of secured real estate finance and loan origination matters including acquisition financing, construction financing, ground lease financing, and mezzanine financing.

Drawing on over a decade of experience, Mr. Behnood has represented some of the largest developers, tenants, and investors in the country. He counsels investors, developers, retailers, landlords, tenants, joint ventures, funds and REITs in the sale, leasing, and development of virtually every type of real estate, with examples including commercial, retail, shopping centers, industrial, residential, PUD, and office properties, as well as raw land, navigating through complex title, regulatory, and environmental issues.
