Super Lawyers Names Three AALRR Attorneys as 2023 Southern California Rising Stars

Brian Wheeler leads the firm’s Intellectual Property and Data Security & Privacy team. His practice focuses on intellectual property, data security and privacy, and high-stakes complex commercial litigation, water litigation, and white collar defense and investigations. He has significant experience representing companies and organizations in intellectual property matters and all aspects of business litigation and pre-litigation counseling in myriad substantive areas of the law.

Shawn Ogle is a seasoned litigator in the firm’s Commercial and Complex Litigation Practice Group with a proven history in a broad range of commercial, class action defense, and high-profile trust & estate matters.  Mr. Ogle prides himself on his commitment to providing his clients with dedicated service from the initial stage of client counseling and case analysis through trial and the appellate process.

Evan Gautier is a corporate transactional and tax attorney. Mr. Gautier’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law including entity formation and corporate governance issues, transactional tax planning, real estate, property tax planning and general tax and business matters.  Mr. Gautier regularly assists clients with drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and other commercial contracts.  Mr. Gautier has assisted clients with tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and various County Assessors’ Offices throughout California.
