“We are very pleased that our San Diego attorneys are getting the recognition they very much deserve,” commented Managing Partner James Baca. “This group of fine lawyers is representative of the exceptional standards and service our firm brings to every one of our clients.”

Jonathan Andrews advises and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, breach of contract, and employee mobility/trade secret litigation and counseling. Mr. Andrews’ peers have consistently selected him as one of the Top 50 Super Lawyers in San Diego and voted to include him on the lists of San Diego Super Lawyers in the area of labor and employment every year since 2009.

Brian Martin’s practice includes complex and class action defense, commercial and business litigation, corporate litigation, advise and counseling on corporate separations, environmental litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment-based claims involving wage and hour, employment mobility and trade secret issues. Mr. Martin has been recognized on the San Diego Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation every year since 2013.

Michael J. O’Connor Jr. represents businesses and employers throughout California in class and representative actions, regulatory and commercial proceedings, and with regard to employment-based claims ranging from alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation to employee mobility and trade secret-related disputes. Mr. O’Connor has been recognized on the San Diego Super Lawyers list every year since 2013.

Christina Semmer is an experienced employment and business litigator, advisor, and problem-solver. Her employment law practice focuses on representing employers through good times and bad, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations, in a variety of venues (federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings). Ms. Semmer was named to the list of San Diego Super Lawyers in 2021, as well.
