Three AALRR Attorneys Named 2021 San Diego Super Lawyers

Brian D. Martin’s practice includes complex and class action defense, commercial and business litigation, corporate litigation, advise and counseling on corporate separations, environmental litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment-based claims involving wage and hour, employment mobility and trade secret issues. Mr. Martin has been recognized on the San Diego Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation every year since 2013.

Michael J. O’Connor, Jr. represents businesses and employers throughout California in class and representative actions, regulatory and commercial proceedings, and with regard to employment-based claims ranging from alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation to employee mobility and trade secret-related disputes.
