Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo is thrilled to announce that four attorneys have been named to Best Lawyers’ 26th annual Best Lawyers in America list. Best Lawyers analyzes over 7.4 million detailed peer review evaluations to confirm its rankings, making this list one of the most prestigious in the country—and with a readership of over 17 million individuals across the globe, one of its most recognized.

Mary Salamone, Jeff Burch, Rex Berry and John James have all been named as 2020 Best Lawyers in America. All four attorneys have been listed as such for multiple years in a row, further solidifying their reputations as the top attorneys in their respective practice areas.

Mary Salamone, a partner in the firm’s Irvine office, is frequently recognized for her outstanding achievements in Construction Litigation, including being named a “Best Lawyer in America” since 2018. She was also previously named one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in 2019. Jeff Burch, of counsel in the firm’s Irvine Office, has been recognized by the list every year for over a decade, first appearing as a Best Lawyer in Construction Litigation in 2008.   Rex Berry, a partner in the firm’s Sacramento office, was previously recognized as a top lawyer in America in the field of Labor & Employment Litigation. Of counsel in the firm’s Cerritos office, Mr. James first appeared on the list in 2006 and has been recognized every year since for his outstanding Tax Law practice.
