PIHRA North Orange County District ~ Wage & Hour Laws..New Rules, New Requirements, New Liability

Partner, Ann Smith will present "Wage & Hour Laws...New Rules, New Requirements, New Liability" for the North Orange County chapter of PIHRA.  This session will provide a brief overview of federal and state wage & hour laws; discuss the most common mistakes employers make when dealing with employee wage claims and provide an analysis of current developments in wage and hour law to offer tips and defenses employers can use to combat costly litigation.
