Social Media in the Workplace: Different Workplaces, Different Rules
This program will review social media in the workplace-employer/employee use including recent legal developments, social media policies, and State Bar ethics opinions. Course will provide understanding of boundaries in advising clients, and themselves, to distinguish between work & private life on social media.
