AALRR Breakfast Briefing ~ Building Legally Defensible Assessments

This briefing will begin the dialogue around developing legally compliant assessment reports. We will offer insights to help you understand the requirements of the IDEA and related state laws, how to implement the federal/state mandates and how these legally compliant assessments facilitate FAPE. We will also discuss tools and techniques you can use at the local level to develop appropriate assessments.
