Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations in California
Employers must promptly and appropriately respond when they receive a workplace complaint or otherwise become aware of potential inappropriate conduct. Timely, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations are critical not only to reducing potential legal liability, but also to building employee trust and maintaining a safe, productive, and respectful workplace.

This program includes approximately four and one-half hours of training on how to conduct internal workplace investigations.
