Managing Employee Performance and Coaching Them Back to Success

Whenever an employee’s performance is below standard, administrators should be focused on two things: ensuring they are communicating with even greater clarity to the employee both orally and in writing, and providing effective coaching to the employee to assist them in remediating their performance.  In this session, we will explore the essential elements that need to be included in any oral or written communications to a substandard-performing employee and discuss effective tips for following up with, providing feedback to, and supporting employees in their quest for improvement.
