Tips and Techniques for Holding Difficult Conversations and for Mediating Workplace Conflicts

The ability to manage conversations with people we regard as “difficult” due to their abrasiveness, aggressiveness, or negative attitude is critical in your role as administrator or supervisor. Learn tips for planning and structuring conversations with difficult people so that positive outcomes can be achieved. We will further discuss protocols for managing, mediating, and resolving conflicts between employees in the workplace so as to minimize disruptions that keep employee teams from doing their best work.
