08.02.2024
Program: 8:30-11:30 a.m.

Understanding and complying with the new Title IX regulations is essential for creating a safe and equitable educational environment. This webinar provides the knowledge and tools needed to navigate these changes effectively.  This interactive training will explain the Title IX regulations and the procedures for processing a Title IX complaint from the intake stage through a discipline recommendation, if any.

This program provides 3 hours of training for the members of your Title IX team, consistent with the recommendations of the federal Office for Civil Rights.  Not only will this training help demonstrate that your District or COE has not been deliberately indifferent to implementing sexual discrimination complaint procedures consistent with the 2024 Title IX regulations, this training will also prepare your District to prevent and address allegations of harassment and discrimination on the basis of sex, gender, gender identity, parental status, and pregnancy or related conditions.

Join us as we discuss what districts should know and how to comply with the regulations.
