From Supervisor to Leader: Responsibilities, Repairing Relationships of Trust, and Infusing the Practice of Civility

Making the transition from supervisor to leader can often be overwhelming.  This highly praised workshop is effective for both new and experienced supervisors.  The presentation will review some of the essential responsibilities and traits of leadership, such as team building, delegation, coaching, setting expectations, and accountability, as well as focus on strategies for repairing broken relationships of trust and keys for infusing the practice of civility in the workplace.

Who Should Attend? All District and site leaders including superintendents, administrators, directors, managers, supervisors, and those who aspire to hold such leadership roles
