Effective Evaluations and Evaluation Meetings

Influencing an employee to change their substandard performance starts with an effective evaluation and collaborative meeting designed to help the employee self-assess and obtain a roadmap to success.  Explore common problems with evaluations, procedural requirements for conducting observations and preparing documentation, as well as tips for planning and conducting evaluation conferences.

Who Should Attend? All District and site leaders including superintendents, administrators, directors, managers, supervisors, and those who aspire to hold such leadership roles
