FRISK® Summer Training for Higher Education Institutions
What is FRISK®?
The FRISK® Leadership Program is a proven communication framework for successfully remediating performance problems and developing legally defensible documentation when discipline is necessary. It is based on the highly successful FRISK® handbook written by AALRR Senior Partner, Steve Andelson. This program has been used for the past 40 years by universities, community and state colleges, school districts, county offices of education and professional education associations for training and required coursework.
