Inland Empire SHRM hosts its 2023 Annual Conference

This session will explore strategies for prioritizing security, including understanding successful security measures and developing effective processes for risk analysis, with the goal of creating a aware and safe workplace.
  Compliant & Defensible HR Documentation	Human resources professionals know the importance of good documentation. This session shows participants how the emails and evaluations they write may be presented—and twisted, or taken out of context—in a lawsuit. We will offer tips and techniques while examining some of the sample documents that could have been written better to convey the proper message and protect the employer from liability.
