In advising their clients, the speakers are often told, “It would be so much easier if YOU had this difficult conversation with the employee.”  The purpose of this session will be to empower the attendees to get comfortable with the uncomfortable.  Evaluating and disciplining employees may be two of the most disliked aspects of managing employees, but they need not be overwhelming.  There are tried and true techniques and strategies to use when assessing employee performance and instituting appropriate disciplinary measures and these experts in the field will turn your overwhelm to confidence.  Attendees will learn the anatomy of successfully documenting employee performance and discipline and how to graciously and thoroughly deliver constructive feedback.
