Public Records Act (“PRA”) requests are on the rise and becoming more intrusive.  Documents such as personnel investigation reports, employee resignation/severance agreements, and attorney invoices are routinely the subject of document requests.  Also, with more employees working remotely the use of personal cell phones, devices, and computers has dramatically increased.  Come to this presentation and learn about the intricacies of the PRA, which documents are subject to disclosure, and when withholding and/or redacting is appropriate.  Also learn about special obligations that exist related to employees conducting agency business on personal devices.
