Learn tips for creating and maintaining work teams that are empowered to perform high quality work with minimal supervision, and are focused on getting the business of the District done. In addition, learn the elements of trust and how to help build and maintain relationships of trust between co-workers as well as between supervisors and staff members within the workplace.
