Techniques for Effectively Communicating with Employees About Substandard Performance or Conduct and/or a Written FRISK® Document and Influencing Employee Improvement

Once you have created a document with the FRISK® method, or whenever you are issuing a document to an employee that addresses a substandard performance or conduct concern, it is imperative to know how to effectively communicate with the employee about the document so as to influence the employee to improve his/her performance or conduct. Learn tips and techniques for planning and carrying out a successful meeting with the employee, for improving communication skills, and investing the employee in positive changes.
