Introduction to the FRISK® Method for Preparing Effective Documentation Regarding Employee Substandard Performance or Conduct
Skilled supervisors and administrators should know WHAT to say in written feedback to employees who are demonstrating performance or conduct problems. This session will be an introduction to the FRISK® framework for writing a document to the employee that includes five key communication elements necessary to remediate the employee.
