Advanced FRISK® (Higher Education) 

What is FRISK^®?

The FRISK^® Leadership Program is a proven communication framework for successfully remediating performance problems and developing legally defensible documentation when discipline is necessary. It is based on the highly successful FRISK^® handbook written by AALRR Senior Partner, Steve Andelson.  This program has been used for the past 35 years by school districts, county offices of education, professional education associations, universities, and community and state colleges for training and required coursework.

The training incorporates examples and hypotheticals to explain the FRISK^® communication components and major documentation techniques, including the steps for progressive discipline.  Emphasis is placed on using verbal feedback and documentation as a constructive, principled means of improving employee performance. Attendees will need the FRISK^® handbook which is designed as a practical reference guide for evaluators.

Examine the FRISK^® elements and progressive intervention techniques in greater depth. Participants are involved in writing FRISK^® responses to hypothetical scenarios which are reviewed and analyzed in an open, interactive discussion.
