Effectively Communicating with Employees to Influence Improvement in Substandard Performance or Conduct

The FRISK^® methodology was designed to help supervisors effectively create legally sufficient documents for the purpose of addressing employee substandard performance issues and misconduct. Developed by AALRR partner, Steven J. Andelson, the training program and accompanying manual provide supervisors with critical feedback components and concrete steps for handling employee deficiencies. The 12/2/20 presentation will be designed for K-12 Districts and County Offices of Education.
