Sexual Harassment Awareness & Prevention Training (K12)
COMPLIANCE DEADLINE JANUARY 1, 2021
REGISTER NOW! See dates below.

There are no signs that the deadline for the mandatory training requirements issued by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing will be extended from the January 1, 2021 compliance deadline.

California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to nonsupervisory employees and 2 hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers once every two years.

Led by attorneys Alexandria Davidson, Brooke Romero, and Jacquelyn Morenz, our courses are compliant with the laws in California and also include practical examples of harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation.

We have made it easy to comply with your Sexual Harassment Awareness and Prevention Training obligation. We have just scheduled virtual training for both management and staff that covers all areas related to sexual harassment such as recognizing and properly identifying harassment, preventing and remedying harassment, bystander intervention, and preventing abusive conduct .
