The FRISK® methodology was designed to help supervisors effectively create legally sufficient documents for the purpose of addressing employee substandard performance issues and misconduct. Developed by AALRR partner, Steven J. Andelson, the training program and accompanying manual provide supervisors with critical feedback components and concrete steps for handling employee deficiencies.  The 12/2/20 presentation will be designed for K-12 Districts and County Offices of Education.

12:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m.| Techniques for Effectively Communicating with Employees About the FRISK® Document and Influencing Employee Improvement

Once you have created a document with the FRISK® method, it is imperative to know how to effectively communicate with the employee about the contents of the FRISK® document so as influence the employee to improve his/her performance or conduct.  Learn tips and techniques for planning and carrying out a successful meeting with the employee, for improving key communication skills, and for investing the employee in positive changes.
