Changes to the Paycheck Protection Program ("PPP") have been made under The Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 (the “Flexibility Act”), which was signed into law on June 5, 2020.  The Small Business Administration has now issued new guidance implementing the amendments made to the PPP under the Flexibility Act and has published a newly revised PPP Loan Forgiveness Application.  The Flexibility Act allows borrowers an extended time to use PPP loan funds and eases some of the previous restrictions on loan forgiveness under the PPP.
