All Means All: Drafting Student Accommodations that Facilitate Access, Equity, and Student Resiliency
As school districts are faced with the growing need to create robust Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, this presentation demonstrates how school staff can utilize already existing structures, such as Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, or the Student Study Team model, to further MTSS objectives. Attendees will be provided with specific examples and strategies for drafting and revising student accommodations, to ensure those accommodations work for all, students and teachers alike.
