32nd Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference

This year marks the 32nd Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference presented by Region 21 and Region 31 of the National Labor Relations Board  (NLRB) in conjunction with the  Orange County Labor and Employment Relations Association (OC LERA, formerly the Orange County Industrial Relations Research Association or OCIRRA), and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS).

The Conference will provide practical information on current labor and employment law issues and legislation affecting the workplace.  This program is designed for labor and management representatives in both the private and public sectors, including attorneys, human resources professionals, business agents, union representatives, mediators, arbitrators, and academics.

AALRR attorney, Ron Novotny, will participate in a panel discussion on Hot Topics in the Workplace, from 8:45 - 10:15.  And, AALRR attorney, Tom Lenz, will moderate a panel on Public and Private Pensions, from 10:30 - 11:45.
